Walter Last: Do as in chapters 2 and 3 of Towards Radiant Health book, especially Liver Cleanse and Basic Cleanse with lemon juice. Keep doing the castor oil pack on the liver for a long time. Strongly press under the middle of the right foot for a reflex to the liver. Follow diet in chapter 9. Good supplements are fish oils, magnesium, zinc, vitamin C, multivitamins.
