I have a problem with my skin. Diagnosis psoriasis

Turhan Mollov: I have a problem with my skin. They appeared this year: redness of the elbows, then itching and I was diagnosed with psoriasis. I was treated for 4 months and this disappeared, but itching appeared on my hands. Doctors said it was an allergy. Now it reappeared, only the itching was all over his body. If you can help me, I will be very grateful. Thank you!

Walter Last: Avoid gluten and sweetened food. Have lots of fish oils, legumes and vegetables, zinc and multivitamins, make the body more alkaline, try rubbing fish oils or diluted sodium bicarbonate into the itchy skin. Also shine blue light onto itchy skin, e.g. using blue cellophane.
