Vitamin B2 with magnesium help at migraine

Ivan Nikolov: In one book has read, that Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) in a combination with magnesium and others herbs help at migraine, but there quantity Vitamin B2 400 mg per day is specified. I ask tell it not so high dose?

Walter Last: This was the amount that they used in a clinical trial. You can try a lower dose, if it does not help increase it. Also take magnesium and zinc with most meals, alcohol can trigger attacks. To remove the cause of migraine do the intestinal sanitation and Basic Cleanse as in chapters 2 and 3 of Towards Radiant Health and use the diet in chapter 9.
