Walter Last for cirrhosis: Eat mainly fish, fruit and vegetables, only fats and oils that have not been heated (e.g. raw butter). Lots of fish oils, 1 teaspoon of lecithin with all meals, freshly ground linseed (or refrigerate). Lots of antioxidants – vitamins C, E, Vetoron, purple fruit and vegetables (e.g. beetroot, blueberries, blackberries, black currants), multivitamins, zinc, selenium, milk thistle (Silybum Marianum).

Frequent hot castor oil packs on liver. Press under upper outer part under the right foot to find tender point, keep pressing until pain goes away. Do Basic Cleanse as in Chapter 3 of Towards Radiant Health. Every week or two alternate between taking lots of wormwood (3 x a heaped teaspoon as powder in water or make tea) and taking lots of olive leaf (same amount as for wormwood). Also take lots of raw garlic and acidophilus/bifido cultures. If you do not have olive leaf, use wormwood for 4 weeks.
