Bilateral coxarthrosis. Over time, my condition worsens

Snegka Najdenova: I have bilateral coxarthrosis. Over time, my condition worsens, the drugs no longer help. I was taking arthrostop (glucosamine) and it doesn’t help. Thank you.

Simmer fish heads or knucklebones for a day in a glass, ceramic or enameled pot with addition of vinegar, blend, strain and refrigerate or freeze, add to meals. Helpful supplements are fish oils, magnesium, zinc, boron (from a pinch of borax), multivitamins, glucosamine, chondroitine, MSM. Rhythmically tense and relax hip muscles, use vibrator on bones or gentle rebounding.
