Walter Last: Do the Basic Cleanse in chapter 3, the diet as in chapter 9 of Towards Radiant Health book. Especially avoid all gluten. Use raw butter and losts of fish oil, also rub it onto the affected skin. Use multivitamins. Take neem oil internally and rub it onto the affected skin.
