Natalia Surlekova: What diet is necessary to me, if I have thyrotoxicosis? Thank you in advance!
Walter Last: Thyrotoxicosis is an autoimmune reaction that may be caused by a dead tooth, e.g. from root canal filling, or chronic infection in the root of a tooth or in the tonsils, any dead teeth or infected roots must be removed. Also mercury amalgam fillings may be a cause or having two different metals in the mouth. These need to be removed. Get healthy intestinal bacteria by doing bowel cleansing with Epsom salt and garlic flushes for 2 weeks and then lots of acidophilus culture.
Do elimination testing for allergies or use a low allergy diet, especially avoid all gluten products, cows’ milk products, soya products, and anything with added chemicals (preservatives, couloring, flavours, synthetic sweeteners). Best eat only vegetables, fruit, legumes, meat, fish and eggs from fresh products. Use multivitamins and minerals, especially selenium, zinc, and kelp. Frequently use blue cellophane around the neck and expose to daylight, sunlight or electric light. Frequently press long and strong under the ball or base joint of each big toe and each thumb.
