Walter Last: The diet should be high in protein and fat/oil and low in carbohydrates. Avoid all grain products, potatoes and sweeteners. food (xylitol or stevia could be used as sweeteners). Good protein foods are goats’ cheese, fish, egg, spirulina, barley grass powder, good fats are extra virgin olive oil, fish oils, coconut oil, also raw butter and cream (not pasteurised). In addition use vegetables and some fresh fruit. Avoid all gluten and cows’ milk protein, avoid food additives and synthetic sweeteners, do food allergy testing (see Towards Radiant Health).
Supplements: Multivitamins, especially vitamin E and B6, lecithin and magnesium with all meals (100-200 mg of magnesium depending on age or size of the child). Try the amino acid taurine (up to 1 g per day, experiment to see how much is best). The herb black cohosh may help. The neck vertebrae need adjusting, press and massage around the spine at the neck, move the head in circles in both directions, also press around the big toes. Avoid emotional stress, fluorescent and flickering lights, television and computer games. Make a cure with wormwood or olive leaf extract and garlic, and give lote of acidophilus and bifido bacteria ( you can put the herbs and garlic in capsules). If you do not have olive leaf, use wormwood for 4 weeks.
