Colic of baby, problems with breasts and pain

Diana: Please, for your recommendations: colic of baby, problems with breasts (cracked nipples, hard on touch and painful) and pain down below in uterus. Thank you advance!

Walter Last: The combination of problems of mother and baby point strongly to Candida as the cause. The mother should do the intestinal sanitation: with a glass of warm water with 1 tsp of psyllium and 1 tsp of sodium bicarbonate and some chopped garlic followed 30 to 60 minutes later by much goats’ or sheep yoghurt that includes acidophilus and bifido bacteria.

Also daily vaginal douche with bicarbonate and garlic followed by yoghurt. Start using Lugol’s solution, 1 drop daily mixed with food, increase to 1 drop in each meal. When no longer breastfeeding have a full 3 week course of Lugol’s with 6 drops 4 x daily.

Often rub on the nipples coconut oil or coconut cream with added vitamin E. Also putting chlorophyll on the nipples can help healing, e.g. a small amount of fresh juice pressed out of grass or leaves. The baby should be given acidophilus yoghurt.
