Walter Last: Avoid sugar and sweetened food, use very little grains. Instead use mainly legumes, fresh vegetables and fresh fruit. A glass of diluted lemon juice or grapefruit juice before meals. Do the Basic Cleanse in chapter 3 and use the diet as in chapter 9 of Towards Radiant Health, use a multivitamin.
