Gerry: I had a car accident and the doctors removed a part of my liver, and I have inflammation pancreas. Do I have to be following some kind of diet?
Walter Last: The liver can regrow, often eat liver (do not heat over 100 degrees). See the High Quality Diet in Chapter 9 of Towards Radiant Health. Use spirulina, anti-inflammatory herbs such as ginger and turmeric, and do intestinal sanitation with garlic and probiotics, see chapter 2 of Towards Radiant Health. Frequently press the foot reflexes for liver and pancreas (near the middle of the soles of both feet) and use hot castor oil packs on the upper abdomen.
