Nela: I am two months pregnant with a thyroid cyst and I am taking L-thyroxine. Is it harmful for the baby?

Walter Last: Should take iodine from fish, kelp or other supplement, also 100 mcg of selenium. Use blue light on the thyroid gland, e.g. with blue cellophane, and press. To do reflexology for the thyroid area press from the inside underneath the ball of the big toe and the thumb. If she takes the amino acid L-tyrosine that is fine, if she takes the drug tyroxine it is better to reduce it gradually and then stop it.
