Walter Last: Use glucosamine, chondroitine, also multivitamins. Have the lower spine stretched, and while it is stretched, have oil of hypericum/St. Johnswort in olive oil rubbed into the painful area. Repeat as long as necessary. At other times have warm castor oil packs or Epsom salt packs over this area. Strongly press at the lower end of the instep or inside of the foot.
