Tedi: I have discopathy and hearing problems. I’m 31 years old.
Walter Last: Rub hypericum oil (in olive oil) into the spine while it is gently stretched. Someone strongly press into any tight muscles in the back, often massage back muscles. Strongly press along the instep or inside of both feet. For ears press strongly at the base uder 3rd and 4th toes. Avoid gluten, cows milk and cheese.
