After shaving I receive a rash of subcutaneous hairs

P. Marinov: After shaving I receive a rash as a result of subcutaneous hairs. Can I handle this problem?

Walter Last: Your skin may be sensitive to a chemical ingredient in what you use for shaving. Try a mild soap and no aftershave. Your skin also may be too acid – use more alkalising minerals with your food, and rub some very diluted solution of sodium bicarbonate on your skin. Take multivitamins in case it is due to a vitamin deficiency or zinc. It may also be due to a food allergy, or you may have an internal yeast or Candida infection, see Towards Radiant Health on how to correct this.
