Walter Last: Canesten (Clotrimazole) has not been tested during the first 3 months of pregnancy. It is considered safe later on. However, it is much safer just to douche with something like diluted tea tree oil, and follow up with acidophilus culture. Walter Last: Sarcoidosis is due to fungus – like mycoplasmas, follow the instructions in the Candida book but continue antimicrobial therapy for a long time, until recovered. Walter Last: In addition to the Selenium, Zinc and Nicotinamide take other supplements that give high levels of all the vitamins and minerals, especially B1, B6 and chromium. I cannot find the amounts in Alfavit Diabetes but they seem to be very low. Take them anyway but also a complete B-complex or multivitamin and lots of antioxidants and fish oil in addition. N-Acetyl glucosamine binds antibodies in the blood and protects the pancreas from attack. If you can get it (e.g. from the Internet) then take 1 g or more daily, other forms of glucosamine do not help. Often eat liver because that is high in vitamins and minerals.

Every week or two alternate between taking lots of wormwood (3 x a heaped teaspoon as powder in water or make tea) and taking lots of olive leaf (same amount as for wormwood). Also take lots of raw garlic and acidophilus/bifido cultures. If you do not have olive leaf, use wormwood for 4 weeks.

Walter Last: The diet should be high in protein and fat/oil and low in carbohydrates. Avoid all grain products, potatoes and sweeteners. food (xylitol or stevia could be used as sweeteners). Good protein foods are goats’ cheese, fish, egg, spirulina, barley grass powder, good fats are extra virgin olive oil, fish oils, coconut oil, also raw butter and cream (not pasteurised). In addition use vegetables and some fresh fruit. Avoid all gluten and cows’ milk protein, avoid food additives and synthetic sweeteners, do food allergy testing (see Towards Radiant Health).

Supplements: Multivitamins, especially vitamin E and B6, lecithin and magnesium with all meals (100-200 mg of magnesium depending on age or size of the child). Try the amino acid taurine (up to 1 g per day, experiment to see how much is best). The herb black cohosh may help. The neck vertebrae need adjusting, press and massage around the spine at the neck, move the head in circles in both directions, also press around the big toes. Avoid emotional stress, fluorescent and flickering lights, television and computer games. Make a cure with wormwood or olive leaf extract and garlic, and give lote of acidophilus and bifido bacteria ( you can put the herbs and garlic in capsules). If you do not have olive leaf, use wormwood for 4 weeks.

Walter Last: Vitiligo, also called leukoderma, an autoimmune disease. The main thing is to do the intestinal sanitation and antimicrobial therapy (including Lugol’s solution) as described in the Candida book. Also any dead teeth need to be removed.
