Is it possible to colours urine from used vitamins?

Sonia: I want to ask you for vitamins. Is it possible colours urine from used vitamins, and specially vitamin C? It is normally? In what cases the urine could be colored, what are the reasons for that, for example red urine?

Walter Last: The only vitamin that strongly colours the urine is vitamin B2 or Riboflavin. It makes the urine bright yellow. Vitamin C does not normally colour it. Red urine may be from blood anywhere in the urinary tract, or from haemoglobin if too many red blood cells are disintegrating. It may also be from beetroot and other strongly coloured foods, and from some drugs.
